Registration Guidelines
The registration end date is Friday 20th August 2022.
We recommend registering as soon as possible. To register for the TWEPP 2022 conference, please execute these two steps:
1. Fill the registration form at the cern indico service https://indico.cern.ch/e/twepp2022
2. With the Indico Reference Registration Number given at step 1, fill the application form at our local webpage (valid for attendees): https://form.app.uib.no/TWEPP22
3. You will then forwarded directly to the payment page – and get an e-mail with a link as well.

All who have registered before 21st June will get an e-mail with a link to pay now. NOTE! You are entitled for the early bird fee as long as you have registered using the procedure above within the deadline. |
If you wish to book a room at a negotiated rate from Monday to Friday on:
- Grand Hotel Terminus, send an e-mail to booking@grandterminus.no. Ordering code is 026456
- Hotel Zander K (neighbouring hotel which is part of the pre-negotiated deal), send an e-mail to booking@zanderk.no. Ordering code is 049156
The negotiated rate is valid until 6. August. Booking a room later than this is possible with market-prize given that there are rooms available. The market-prize is approximately double of the negotiated rate).
NOTE: Both Terminus and Zander K is now fully booked (updated 15th Aug 2022). You need to look for other alternatives – see the accomodation page.
Information for Attendees
Registration Fee
- Early (until June 25th 2022): NOK 4900,-
- Late (From June 25th 2022 until August 20th, 2022): NOK 5900,-
- Tutorial on Friday Afternoon September 25th: NOK 800,-
Information Registration Fee
- The registration fee includes full access to the TWEPP 2022 conference, including conference materials, coffee breaks, buffet lunches, social event + welcome drink on Monday and conference dinner on Thursday.
Accompanying persons
- Accompanying persons fee: NOK 1500,- (includes social event + welcome drink and conference dinner)
Cancellation Policy
- Registrations cancelled before June 25th 2022 are eligible for an 80% refund of the registration fees paid. Refunds must go back to the card used for the original transaction.
- Registrants cancelling after June 25th 2022 will not receive a refund. The refund and cancellation policy will not be waived.
- Registration fees may be transferred to another individual.
- Cancellations will be accepted in writing only (twepp2022@uib.no) and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.
- Extraordinary cancellation rules:
- If conference is cancelled due to COVID restrictions, the registration fee will be fully refunded.
- If COVID travel restrictions apply for the region of the individual participant, we encourage the participant to contact the local committee for refund.

To register as an Exhibitor, send an e-mail to the local committee (TWEPP2022@uib.no) providing:

- Number of registrants incl names
- Invoice details
Exhibitor Registration Fee
- Early (June 25th 2022): NOK 14900,-
- Late (From June 26th 2022 until August 20th, 2022): NOK 17900,-
Information Exhibitor Registration Fee
- The registration fee for exhibitors includes full access to the TWEPP 2022 conference for 1 person, including conference materials, coffee breaks, buffet lunches, social event+ welcome drink on Monday and conference dinner on Thursday.
- In case of being more than 1 person, the amount to be paid for each additional person is NOK 4900,-
Stand contract
- Each stand is 2×2 mtrs including a desk, 2 chairs and access to power outlets and wifi.
